They ride alot smoother. while his 585s are a top end horsepower cam with a more aggressive feel and sound.

For 116" motors: A bigger motor can take a bigger cam. A 116" recommended cam choice is across the board a 585 due to compression and engine size increase.

YES! Everyone motorcycle benefits from a custom tune. With our RTC (remote tuning center) program, we are able to build you a complete custom tune from scratch for your specific motorcycle! A tuned bike allows for optimal operation in every situation and riding condition, where a stock factory map has been mass produced to work. OEM maps work "fine", but a Lloyd'z custom tune works perfectly for your specific setup (exhaust, intake, cams, etc).

Our custom tunes are created specifically for your set up at that time. When you change parts, it will change performance characteristics. Your bike will demand different tuning for different parts combinations. We highly recommend that when you bring your bike in for a tune that you have your ideal parts combination set up so you do not require a retune later.

Refer to the link in the above question to find the closest Remote Tuning Center to you. Once you determine your RTC, call that location to set up an appointment. Let them know of your bike's configuration and if you are planning on adding parts. When you show up for your appointment, your tech will outfit your bike with a number of sensors and data logging equipment. The tech will then take your bike on a few log rides to collect data samples. This will give our master tuners all the information they need to create the perfect tune for your bike! (Easy as that!)

If you dont live close to a participating dealership, you are still welcome to follow the instructions under the ECU Flashing section of our website to mail your ECU directly to us here in Charlotte.
