1) After purchasing this tune you will, you will receive an email with a form that you will need to fill out. The email will be sent over as the orders come in (We are closed Sundays and Monday, so any orders received those days, the form will be sent Tuesday morning).

2) You will need to email a copy of the form, or the information on the form to Matt Berg at matt@stpaulindian.com.

3) You will also need to ship a copy of the form with the ECU. 

4) You will need to SHARPIE on the actual ECU the following: Last name, Last 4 of VIN #

5) You will be in charge of shipping label TO AND FROM the dealership. Place return label in box with ECU. **WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THERE IS NO RETURN LABEL IN THE BOX!** UPS provides the most reliable shipping services to our locations, so that is the preferred shipper for the best turn around times.
